The study of the facing from old American technical documents from the heyday of the Elkhart factories and numerous machining tests allowed me to understand the influence of each parameter.
After several years, I was finally able to define a "craftsman" mouthpiece model that I offered in small quantities at the workshop.
This model, validated by different musicians, is used on national and international stages.
